For packages shipped with the lower 48 states, they are shipped using Priority Mail service with delivery times of 2-4 business days. The standard charge for shipping is $6.99. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS- Our products are largely Made to Order or Custom Design. With respect to Made to Order products, we extend a 10 day customer satisfaction return policy. If you are not satisfied, return the item within 10 days and we will provide a full refund (customer responsible for return shipping). For Custom Designs, all sales are final. In the event of a defect with any product that is found within 10 days, we will arrange for return shipping and replacement or full refund..
